Terms of service

Plain terms for a product used by small teams. If anything here is unclear, ask us at help@rheai.app before you sign up.

What rheAI is

rheAI is software that helps your team describe its services, processes, risks, controls and evidence, and assemble a readiness package for an independent assurance review.

rheAI is not an audit firm. It does not perform an audit, does not issue an opinion, and does not certify or accredit anything. Your auditor decides the procedures they run and any conclusion they reach.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for who you invite, and for keeping sign-in credentials safe. Two-step sign-in is expected for workspace members.

You must have the right to upload the evidence and documents you place in the workspace.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into rheAI. You grant us only the permission needed to host and process it so the product works for you.

AI-assisted suggestions are drafts. A person in your organisation must review and accept them before they become part of your readiness material, and rheAI records which is which.

Plans and payment

The free tier lets you understand your gap. Paid plans unlock the full package and are billed as shown at the point of purchase.

Pilot engagements are agreed in writing and may be limited in scope and duration.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it without warranties beyond those required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for a buyer's decision, an auditor's conclusion, or lost business.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using rheAI at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse. Terms that should survive termination do so.
